Welcome to Stinson/Muir Beach/West Marin
The communities of West Marin are agricultural, individual, and full of history. As you drive from point to point you are struck by the amount of land that lies between. This is in large part due to the Marin Agricultural Land Trust whose purpose is to help preserve the land for agricultural purposes and protect it from development.
Muir Beach is the closest to Mill Valley at a 10-15 minute drive, while the others take a bit longer to get to on HWY 1.
In Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Dillon Beach, the housing here could be a small shack or a multi-million dollar retreat. The gated community of Seadrift in Stinson is an exclusive neighborhood affording the residents a sense of privacy and privilege.
These locations are ones where nature is close at hand, the towns themselves small and quaint and still under an hour to the heart of Marin or to San Francisco.
